How we built this

Step 1

Scraped your help centre

Crawled Doctors on Demand's public FAQs into the agent's knowledge base. The agent quotes from this when patients ask about how the service works, costs, and what conditions are treated.

Step 2

Built workflows around your model

Wrote natural-language workflows for order tracking, booking a consult, and routing. The booking workflow quotes the booking back to the patient before submitting, and never narrates "let me check".

Step 3

Connected mock Vitura tools

Wired in three mock tools — patient profile, recent Canview orders, book a consult — that mirror real APIs. In production these point at your real systems with PII handling we already do for our regulated subscribers.

Step 4

Went live

Published all workflows to the live environment with guardrails active — knowledge gap handling, no-weak-uncertainty steering, and de-escalation for upset patients. This page talks to that live agent.
